SNAP Oregon: All Pending Payments Released After Shutdown
Good news for Oregonians: the federal government shutdown has ended, and the Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) has confirmed that all SNAP benefits for November are now being fully paid. This guide explains what this means for you, how to check your application status, and how to apply for benefits.
Full SNAP Benefits Restored in Oregon
Following the federal budget agreement on November 12, 2025, ODHS is issuing all remaining SNAP funds to eligible households. This means that if you received a partial payment, the rest of your benefits will be added to your EBT card. All new and existing applications are being processed normally.

In these counties, ABAWDs must work, volunteer, or participate in a training program for at least 80 hours per month. Exemptions apply for individuals over 55, those with disabilities, students, and others.
